And who's to say that foreign students of IvSU don't like the New Year and don't believe in Santa Claus? No one. Everyone knows that our foreigners enjoy celebrating the "Russian" New Year – even among them sometimes there are real Santa Claus and Snow Maiden!

New Year's Greetings from the Elected Rector of IvSU A. Malygin

On the eve of the year 2021, the elected Rector of IvSU Alexey Malygin addressed the staff and partners of IvSU with a New Year's greeting. On December 18, 2020, in the assembly hall of the 1st academic building, a conference of employees and students of IvSU was held. It was dedicated to two main issues:

1. Elections of the Rector of Ivanovo State University.

11 December 2020 at 10:00 in the auditorium of the 1st building of IvSU, the opening of the All-Russian Scientific Conference with International Participation "Russian Regional University: Informatization, Digitalization, Humanization" was held. It was dedicated to understanding the diversity of historical destinies and prospects of the Russian Regional University through the prism of modern models of domestic and foreign higher education systems, as well as the search for optimal solutions in the context of the contradiction of trends and trends in the development of university education.

From December 3 to 7, 2020, 1st and 2nd year students of The Institute of Humanities (Department of International Relations) took part in the work of the Model UN in the Far East for the first time.

On November 18, 2020, Yeditepe University (Istanbul, Turkey) and Ivanovo State University signed the Memorandum of Understanding.
