The centre’s main goal is to be instrumental in facilitating IvSU undergraduate and graduate students’ adaptation to the present-day labor market as well as in providing advice and assistance to school leavers’ at the important stage when they make decisions concerning the choice of future professions.

It is not accidental at all that about 95-97% of IvSU graduates find employment within half a year since the graduate from the university; around 70% of these employments directly correlate with the subjects the students majored in at the university.  Over 30% of graduate students successfully manage to combine their studies with work (mostly connected with their professional fields).
