“If not YOU, who? Who else if not US?: Opening of the Service-Learning program

On September 18, IvSU hosted the annual grand opening of the Service-Learning program.

In educational organizations throughout Russia, the "Service Learning" program has become a point of attraction for students, the university community, social partners and government bodies ready to jointly implement significant initiatives for society, our country and their region.

The event was launched by Vice-Rector for Youth Policy and Social Development N.D. Sorokin. He emphasized: "Any good deed is, first of all, an action from person to person. By participating in this Program, you will be able not only to help people not to be left alone with difficulties, but also to contribute to improving the quality of life in Russia, but also to find mentors and like-minded people. The platforms of NPOs will open up opportunities for you to meet, build a dialogue and exchange experiences. You will be able to select projects for implementation during the academic year together with your university mentors.”
