IvSU hosted an "Open Doors Day"

On February 19, Ivanovo State University hosted an “Open Doors” day.

The event was held at different venues of the 1st academic building. Among them are an assembly hall, a reading room, a conference room and the Boiling Point. In the halls of the 2nd and 3rd floors, student organizations – "I am proud", the collegial body of student self-government, the trade union committee of students and the sports club "Impulse" – held various interactive activities and competitions.

Future applicants guessed the authors of famous quotes, tested their accuracy, put original stamps on envelopes, and also came up with associations to the regions of the Ivanovo region.

In total, over 150 schoolchildren in grades 8-11 and college students attended our events, many with their parents. The university administration warmly welcomed the guests and presented them with training programs. The children received detailed information about each area of training, admission rules, required exams.

Of course, as always, many questions were asked: about the development of the university in the coming years, about the consortium and the campus. From applicants who are going to enter a variety of areas, requests have been received to attend classes of university teachers, and our university is ready to help students with this.
