Our representatives at #МыВместе Forum

Representatives of Ivanovo State University took part in the International Forum of Civil Participation #МыВместе (“we are together”), timed to coincide with the celebration of Volunteer Day.

The delegation from the Ivanovo region included 3rd year students of IvSU Daria Rytik (Institute of Mathematics, Information Technologies and Natural Sciences) and Anna Omrani (Institute of Social and Economic Sciences), as well as a teacher of the Department of Sociology, Social Work and Personnel Management Polina Agafonova. Volunteers took part in panel discussions, lectures and master classes, in the work of platforms for federal volunteer movements.

Polina Agafonova shared her impressions: “As part of the #МыВместе Forum, we managed to make sure once again that volunteering is really a social lift for a person. The delegation of the Ivanovo region included representatives of various volunteer organizations and associations: volunteers of IvSU, medical volunteers, Victory Volunteers, volunteers of the Ivanovo Fire and Rescue Academy, representatives of the Volunteer Resource Center, “silver volunteers” and others. This is a unique opportunity to unite volunteers, gain new knowledge and skills! Thanks to the youth policy division of the Education Department of the Ivanovo region for the opportunity to take part in such a large-scale event!"

The forum was held within the framework of the national project "Education". The Forum was organized by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the Association of Volunteer Centers and the Moscow Government.
